CHICAGO (AP) — Charges have been filed in the death of a suburban Chicago police officer who was killed while providing traffic control during a crash investigation. Reckless homicide and felony driving under the influence charges were filed Monday against 27-year-old Otis M. Pruitt of Oak Lawn. Hometown police Lt.
